Hi there, it has been a while.  This spring I needed to get a knee replacement on the Right side.  Unfortunately a couple of weeks after the replacement surgery — a crack ( fracture ) developed adjacent to the implant.  This needed a second surgery with a plate and screws and since then I have been confined to the family room and bathroom in our house.  The kitchen, living room, regular bath and bedrooms are all upstairs and so off limits. In addition and difficult is that I am not supposed to put any weight on my R leg—–so I get around with a walker, hopping on the left foot.  I have done some painting to pass the time but not happy with the results yet.  I have gotten ” rusty ” with all the time away.  :). I hope things are easier for you.
