Kanji – Tuna
Ike jime apparently is the process of stabbing a fish with sharp spike just behind the eye into the brain as soon as it is caught. This reduces the lactic acid in the fish for use in sashimi. It sounds like brutal — so I just drew in the backend of the fish. It ended up looking like the fish is jumping into the envelope or maybe about the scare the ducks with a huge splash.
