Kiva – Vitamin I

Ibuprofen, an over the counter pain killer, is sometimes referred to as vitamin I ( vitamin M if you use the brand name of Motrin ).  It can be a necessity when you are backpacking up and down with heavy loads. I take it daily like a vitamin supplement when I am hiking rough country.  : )
