La Vita – Broken Handle

DESIGN: I was recently in a local bakery’s small restroom which contained just a toilet, sink and paper towel dispenser. Unfortunately, I discovered the latch was broken — the small button inside the handle would not work. Things were getting urgent on the bathroom front and so I sat down on the toilet and spend the next few mintues staring at the door lock –praying no one would come thru the door and have everyone in the bakery looking straight at me. Before I left — I went back and sketched the lock on my bakery white sack.
