Steens – Full Moon

I went to the Alvord Desert for the third time this year ( 2016 ) and did this painting of the moon rising over the ridge with that butter yellow color you see sometimes.  The water spot is accidental from my water bottle.

MAILED:
by me at Fields Station, OR near the desert in 2016.  Unfortunately, Fields lost its Post Office and now the mail is evidently transported hundreds of miles away to Portland, Oregon for processing– even though it was mailed at Fields.
