COUNTRY:
ZEN

DETAILS:
I was enchanted as a kid when I saw pictures of baobab trees in Africa.  They looked upside down.  Looking at them now on the internet — they look serene and wise.  Something they would aspire to in the Country of Zen.  The perforations were primitive back then – done with the ponce wheel.  Satori Herenow is a pseudonym I use occasionally to remind myself to be mindful of the moment I am in.  The legal stamp is of a Dandy Dinmont Terrier.  If I remember correctly Clark had a similar looking dog called a Tibetan Terrier that had a mean temperament.

MAILED:
by Clark Parrish and his wife in Thimphu, Bhutan in 1998.
